Standard Shipping

Since Namrata Kedia Design specialises in hand crafted and hand printed products, any order may take up to three working days for processing and packing, before it is shipped. Please allow at least 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping are dispatched via DTDC / RIVIGO Courier.

Expedited Shipping

Orders needed by specific date may please mentioned in remarks column while the order is placed. Confirmation in this regard will be sent via Email, as the readiness of item is subjected to its availability. Out team will keep you informed if the same can reach to you within given time or not.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to your email address, as provided by you at the time of order.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you in exchange only for unseats factory quality.

Shipping Cost in Case The Item is Returned

In case our item is not upto your expectations and you desire to return the same; as per our policy the refund amount will not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost of returning the item has to be borne by our customer. The refund will be made once the item is received less the shipping cost.  However in case of replacement, entire shipping cost of returning damaged item and dispatch of fresh item will be borne by Namrata Kedia Design.
